Our values reflect the core of who we are, shaping how we work with clients, how we show up in our communities, and the kind of people we are proud to call colleagues. Through our dedicated Corporate Social Responsibility Program, we give our employees clear pathways to engage in activities that advance sustainability, inclusion, and community impact. This is how we are working together to elevate diverse voices, strengthen the places we serve, and build a more sustainable future.
Integrity is not a policy at PMA—it is a practice. We conduct every client engagement, partnership, and internal decision with professionalism, transparency, and high ethical standards. We are direct and honest in everything we do, we challenge actions inconsistent with our values, and we follow through on every commitment we make. When we fall short, we own it and make it right.
“The PMA team has been an incredible partner to Catholic Memorial these past three years. During that time, we’ve invested more money into our campus than the entire history of the school combined. Their expertise has provided a steady and trusted hand in delivering projects on time, on schedule, and on budget. I can speak for our Headmaster and our Board when I say that we all sleep better at night knowing PMA is part of our Team!”
— Joseph Macdonald, CPA, Chief Financial Officer
As a Hispanic-owned Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), diversity is not a program at PMA—it is part of our identity. We actively cultivate a culture that embraces diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences because we know they enrich our work and strengthen our organization.
Since 2019, PMA has sponsored more than 50 foreign national employees from 18 countries, providing employment-based green card and H-1B sponsorships that create long-term opportunities while enriching our workplace with new cultures and ideas. We also actively seek teaming partnerships with local, diverse, and women-owned firms on every engagement.
As a corporate partner of the Cristo Rey Network, PMA sponsors high school students with limited resources through the Corporate Work-Study Program. We provide financial support, mentorship, and hands-on experience across our engineering, project management, marketing, and finance teams, helping students earn their diplomas, prepare for college, and build real career skills.
“Hi, my name is Anna Ocotl. As a high school senior, it was great to learn about PMA’s different departments and how it runs. More specifically, I enjoyed learning new business skills as well as personal skills that will help me during my transition to college and after.”
PMA operates in communities across the country, and we take that presence seriously. Our employees volunteer, mentor, and partner with nonprofit organizations to provide education, resources, and opportunities to underserved populations. From local neighborhood initiatives to national awareness efforts, our community impact is driven by one belief: that the combined effort of our entire organization can do the maximum good.
Sustainable practice is built into how PMA operates and how we deliver projects. We follow responsible standards in energy conservation, recycling, and environmentally conscious construction practices, and we bring that same commitment to every owner engagement, helping project teams implement green technologies and meet sustainability goals that create healthier environments for end users.

PMA’s commitment to social responsibility begins with the people inside our walls. We are a people-first company—one where personal and professional growth, work-life balance, and a culture of curiosity and respect are not talking points but daily practices. We invest in our employees through mentorship, sponsorship, continuing education, and a workplace culture that attracts and retains people who want to do meaningful work.
When our people thrive, our clients and communities feel it.
