PMA would like to announce the promotion of Chad Crittenden, MCPPO, to Executive Director of our New England region. Chad’s elevation to this role reflects his exceptional leadership, expertise in project management and controls, and unwavering commitment to excellence across complex infrastructure projects.
“Chad exemplifies a leader for PMA and in owner’s project management services. He has successfully led our teams on multiple construction projects from design through completion — from Boston Public Schools’ headquarters at the Bruce Bolling Building to vocational and technical high schools and numerous K-12 school projects across Massachusetts and Rhode Island. I am grateful for his leadership and the value he brings to every project and wish him nothing but continued success,” said Chris Carroll.
With a career spanning public education, pharmaceutical, facility, and electrical transmission sectors, Chad brings a wealth of field experience and strategic insight. His background as a construction superintendent has equipped him with a strong understanding of construction logistics, materials, and methods—skills that have consistently driven project success and client satisfaction.
Chad has been with PMA for 18 years and his promotion marks a significant milestone, not only in his professional journey, but in PMA’s continued growth and dedication to delivering outstanding results. The Executive Board congratulates Chad on this well-deserved achievement.
