Software Solutions
For more than 15 years, PMA has invested in developing proprietary software, patented scheduling methodology, and purpose-built tools that are deployed on active programs every day. Our technology is not developed in isolation from practice. It is built by project professionals, informed by real construction experience, and designed to give owners and project teams better forecasts, greater transparency, and more confident decisions on complex capital programs.
NetPoint
Planning and Scheduling Together
Create schedules that are visual, collaborative, and built for certainty
NetPoint transforms project planning and scheduling into a visual, collaborative, and real-time experience. Built on the patented Graphical Path Method developed by PMA, NetPoint allows project teams and stakeholders to build schedules interactively, see the impact of changes instantly, and make better decisions during planning rather than after the fact. The result is a more reliable schedule, faster responses to change, and a project team that stays aligned from planning through completion.
Project Summit
Summarize and Synchronize Large and Detailed Schedules
High-level visibility across complex programs
Effortless visualization, summarization, and vertical traceability for mega and complex schedules. Project Summit introduces density zooming, an algorithmic protocol that generates a hierarchy of concordant network schedules directly from a detailed Primavera P6 schedule, turning a time-consuming manual process into seconds. For owners and project teams, the result is clearer schedule visibility and reliable project communication at every level.
NetRisk
Industry-leading risk management software
In the real world, no project proceeds exactly as planned. NetRisk is the first and only Monte Carlo risk analysis tool that can model the risk of float-use during simulation, giving project teams a more accurate picture of likely completion dates and costs. For owners, NetRisk replaces optimistic assumptions with data-driven confidence, so decisions about schedule, budget, and risk are grounded in what projects actually do, not what they were originally planned to do.
Schedule MD
Develop reliable schedules
The Schedule MD module for NetPoint allows project planners and schedulers to develop and analyze schedules for a more reliable project outcome. The innovative features of Schedule MD are designed to provide certainty, a key advantage of project management consulting services. Utilizing Schedule IQ™, an algorithm that scores schedule reliability based on compliance with PMA’s Core Traits of a Reliable Schedule protocol, combined with additional metrics according to the DCMA 14-Point Assessment, project planners can identify and repair the weakest parts of their schedules, resulting in more accurate overall scores. Schedule MD assessment means the schedule driving their project has been independently validated for reliability before work begins, reducing the risk of delays caused by faulty planning assumptions.
Graphical Path Method
A Fundamental Advancement in Scheduling
The Graphical Path Method (GPM®) is a patented scheduling algorithm developed by PMA that fundamentally changes how projects are planned and managed. Unlike the Critical Path Method, where planning and scheduling are separate, consecutive processes, GPM continuously updates schedule data in real time as changes occur. This enables dynamic feedback so stakeholders can evaluate time and cost tradeoffs, allocate resources, and make informed decisions as the schedule is being built.
Emerging Technologies
PMA’s Innovation Group partners with AI specialists, data scientists, and project controls professionals to develop and deploy technology on active capital programs. The team has built AI agents for project workflows and integrated AI into cost and schedule management, document analytics, and decision support, with client approval of AI use and validation of its outputs. Alongside AI, the group develops software and optimizes program data to help owners make informed decisions and realize measurable value from their technology investments.
