Northern California
Angel Ripepi, PMP, has been promoted to Executive Director. With 25 years at PMA, Angel has demonstrated exceptional leadership and expertise across a range of roles, including construction manager, project manager, project controls lead, scheduler, cost control specialist, and claims dispute specialist. His contributions have been instrumental in delivering projects with budgets exceeding $2 billion, where he has played a key role in resolving contract disputes, maintaining schedules, and driving projects forward.
Midwest
Amanda DavyRomano, PMP, EIT, has been promoted to Managing Director. Throughout her 17-year career with PMA, Amanda has taken on a variety of challenging and impactful roles, from schedule analysis in support of claims to project management and controls on multi-million-dollar construction projects. She has been successful in developing and refining project management and controls processes, helping clients enhance efficiency and project outcomes.
Reniz Moosa, PMP, has been promoted to Managing Director. Over his 11 years with PMA, Reniz has played a pivotal role in expanding one of PMA’s largest manufacturing clients, growing their portfolio to over 80 projects valued at more than $4 billion. He brings extensive expertise in schedule, cost, and change controls, including planning, scheduling, schedule review, claims management, earned value management, cost engineering, and change order management.
New England
Rob Collins, PE, LEED AP, MCPPO, CCM, has been promoted to Managing Director. Rob joined PMA after a distinguished career in the United States Navy and has dedicated 32 years to the company. Throughout his tenure, he has demonstrated a deep passion for providing owner’s representative and claims analysis services, earning the trust of his clients and colleagues alike. In addition to his technical expertise, Rob is committed to mentorship and knowledge sharing, helping to develop the next generation of industry professionals.
Jonathan Galuska, CSL, PMP, MCPPO, has been promoted to Managing Director. For the past 13 years, Jonathan has pursued his passion for construction at PMA, gaining extensive experience, particularly in the transportation and utility industries. He works closely with clients to develop tailored processes and procedures that address their specific needs, including project controls, capital planning, project and program scheduling, cash flow development, and risk management.

Francisco Cruz, PE, CCP, PMP, RMP, SP, VDC, VMA, has been promoted to Managing Director. Since joining PMA in 2007, Francisco has established himself as a respected thought leader, driving innovation and knowledge-sharing within the company. He spearheads the development of internal knowledge centers, fostering collaboration and engagement among PMA employees. Francisco is a recognized expert and speaker on the topics of business transformation, virtual design and construction, project management, value engineering, risk management, delay analysis, and project controls. With a track record of conducting cost and schedule risk analyses on more than 120 infrastructure and pharmaceutical projects—including tunnels, airports, bridges, roads, and ports—his expertise has contributed to projects totaling over $60 billion.
