Q&A with our People

Gia DiGravio

Marketing Coordinator

What are you passionate about and how do you pursue that passion at PMA?

I’m passionate about blending logical thinking with creative problem-solving. At PMA, this dual approach allows me to contribute meaningfully to projects, ensuring that decisions I make are both strategic and innovative. I enjoy being part of a team that drives impactful outcomes, and I take pride in knowing that my efforts help shape the success of our initiatives.

What current project(s) are you working on?

Right now, I’m working on the Salem On-Call OPM proposal and planning our summer family/friends event. We are going on a whale watch!

Who/what inspires you to push yourself? (Personal heroes, family members, ideas)

My family is my biggest inspiration. Their constant support and belief in me motivate me to push myself further. I want to give back and show them that their efforts and love have made a real difference in my life.

What are the most positive aspects of working at PMA? Or Share your impressions of PMA’s culture.

One of the most positive aspects of working at PMA is the emphasis on both professional and personal success. The work-life balance here is outstanding, but what really sets PMA apart is the people. The staff truly is best-in-class. I feel comfortable expressing my thoughts and appreciate the constructive feedback that helps me grow. It’s a culture that genuinely supports growth and collaboration.

What is something innovative happening in your industry that makes you excited about the future?

I’m really excited about how Artificial Intelligence is starting to shape the marketing and project management industries. It’s exciting to have a first-person perspective on how it’s changing the way we work, making things more efficient, helping us understand our audiences better, and creating new possibilities for growth. It feels like we’re just scratching the surface of what’s possible.

What university or college did you graduate from?

I received my BBA in marketing from UMass Amherst in 2023.

What is your favorite local establishment/feature (restaurant, museum, stadium, etc.)?

Fenway Park! Whether it is a Red Sox game or a concert.

Provide a fun fact or secret talent about yourself?

I have an identical twin sister! She is my best friend.
