What are you passionate about, and how do you pursue that passion at PMA?
I am passionate about lifting up a positive energy in the company by being kind and friendly in my communication. I also really love bragging about PMA when I get a chance.
Who/what inspires you to push yourself? (Personal heroes, family members, ideas)
I love talking to and reading about people involved with the power of positive thinking. I also enjoy listening to empowerment podcasts, etc.
What are the most positive aspects of working at PMA?
The most positive aspects of working with PMA are the genuine commitment to my growth (both professional and personal development) and the positive company culture. A major standout aspect of the culture is that employees feel heard and valued. I believe we are motivated to contribute our best effort with the consciousness that our organization cares about our well-being and actively invests in our success. This is our everyday reality!
What is something innovative happening in your industry that makes you excited about the future?
Integrating proposal-writing AI in the AEC industry fascinates me as it guarantees to revolutionize older standardized process.
What university or college did you graduate from?
I earned my bachelor of arts in public relations and communications from Simmons University in Boston, MA.
What is your favorite local establishment/feature (restaurant, museum, stadium, etc.)?
I love downtown Orlando. Walking around Lake Eola is a great way to exercise or stroll. It’s a happy little environment with dogs. Every Sunday from 10:00am to 3:00pm there is the Orlando Farmers Market, plus live music. As far as restaurants are concerned, I recommend Osphere, Eola Wine Company, and SOCO Restaurant.
