Leadership Development Program
PMA’s Leadership Development Program (LDP) accelerates organizational leadership growth to meet our evolving business needs. Grounded in a clear leadership competency model with four drivers/modules that include Set the Example, Cultivate Relationships, Develop Capability, and Lead the Way, the program aims to develop leaders who are accountable, trusted, visionary, and committed to growing others. The LDP includes personal and professional assessments, personalized growth plans, coaching, emotional intelligence evaluation and development, and team capstone projects. Alums remain engaged as mentors and contributors to ongoing learning.
