Overview
This $185 million Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) freeway expansion project involves the addition of 13 miles of multipurpose lanes and associated auxiliary lanes, ramp and road modifications, concrete barriers, ramp metering, drainage facilities, and pavement replacement, as well as widening of 13 overpass structures.
PMA Role
PMA is providing schedule oversight consulting services for ADOT as subconsultant to the prime. Tasks involve reviewing the baseline schedule and monthly updates and making recommendations to ADOT on the schedule acceptance, monitoring the design-builder’s progress and reporting to ADOT, analyzing schedule and delay issues, and making recommendations to ADOT on merit.
