Overview
The University of Massachusetts $442 million Albert Sherman Center included construction of an approximately 515,000-SF space on the main campus, a 1,500-car parking garage facility, and an expansion of an existing central power plant along with utility loop connections that achieved LEED-Gold certification.
PMA Role
PMA performed comprehensive owner’s project management services, overseeing and monitoring all aspects of the work in all phases. Scope of services included schedule and cost control, quality assurance, environmental and safety compliance, site logistics planning, coordination with campus requirements, and communications coordination with and among all team members.
