Overview
This $29.9 million, 54,000-SF, Division I practice facility includes two full-size basketball courts, locker rooms, and team and coach facilities for both the men and women varsity basketball teams. Project scope also includes related infrastructure and landscape improvements.
PMA Role
PMA provided comprehensive owner’s project management services to the university on this CM-at-risk project (CMAR). PMA augmented project management staff by providing CMAR management knowledge on processes, procedures, invoicing, and accounting. PMA also directly managed the designer, construction manager, and commissioning agent.
