AstraZeneca ZS Pharmaceuticals Coppell Train 8
Overview
This $123 million AstraZeneca project involves building a new Train 8 processing line at the existing Coppell facility. The new line is necessary to respond to increased customer demand for products manufactured at the site.
PMA Role
PMA provided integrated cost and schedule risk analysis services on this project and incorporated lessons learned from previous facility projects. The project team reviewed the risk analysis results to determine contingencies for schedule and cost prior to project funding. The results also prioritized key activity sequences and cost areas for the team to monitor as the project is executed.
