Overview
The $30 million Tewksbury Department of Public Works and School Maintenance Facility project involves the construction of a new 59,000-SF facility that allows for proper storage of equipment, vehicles, and materials. Scope also includes an improved office space and employee work areas and the addition of locker rooms, meeting areas, a state-of-the-art fleet maintenance garage, a fueling area, and a vehicle wash bay.
