PMA Role
PMA staff played a crucial role in delivering Value Engineering (VE) specialist services to FDOT. Throughout the project, the PMA team led VE sessions, followed the established SAVE International steps, and ensured all team members adhered to the study charter. During the creative idea, evaluation, and development phases of the VE job plan, the VE team successfully generated and evaluated 49 ideas. Through careful analysis and assessment, the team identified potential savings amounting to $50,865,000 for the overall project, which had an estimated total cost of $286,388,000.
