PMA Role
PMA was selected to provide owner’s representative services for Hyatt. PMA coordinated furniture, fixtures, and equipment; analyzed bid packages, changes requests, and construction earned-value progress; monitored construction activities, reviewed invoices, maintained a complete cost report, and provided project status and forecasts on cost and schedule using a Fortune 100 company standard reporting tool.
