Summit Classic Christian School Renovation
Overview
Summit Classic Christian School is undertaking a $5 million retrofit of an existing healthcare laboratory. The renovation includes full interior demolition and a tenant buildout of classrooms, offices, labs, and auditorium space. This supplies the school’s 300 K-12 students a place to attend school in the same building with space for the school to grow.
PMA Role
PMA provides cost management and payment application audits as the general contractor submits for payment, reviews all changes on the project, and assists with the value engineering process. PMA also advises the school’s team and representatives on project workflows and on the change management process. Our staff assists the team to find viable solutions throughout the construction process to save time and money. To validate general contractor costs and change orders, PMA provided the client with a final cost analysis.
