Overview
The City of Fort Lauderdale plans, designs, executes, maintains, and operates $5 million in community investment projects and infrastructure throughout the city. The projects include park and recreation facilities, storage buildings, parking garages, maintenance buildings, utility pipelines, underground utilities, water/wastewater treatment plants, marine facilities, seawalls, docks, fire stations, auditoriums, community centers, bridges and roadways, drainage structures and culverts, wind turbines, shade structures, and office buildings.
PMA Role
PMA provides cost estimating, cost evaluation, cost analysis, cost forecasting, life cycle costing, cost accounting, earned value analyses, and capital cost estimates.
