Old Neighborhood Foods Processing Plant
Overview
The $20 million Old Neighborhood Foods Processing Plant project is a three-story 30,000-SF addition to an existing meat processing facility. The addition includes chemical and dry storage, 10,000-SF freezer storage, an additional docking area, a production area, a cafeteria, and locker rooms for employees. The expansion also includes new refrigerant and ammonia systems.
PMA Role
PMA is providing owner’s project management services for this project during the planning, design, construction, and closeout phases. Scope of work includes comprehensive project oversight, including contract administration, change order management, project controls, and on-site construction oversight.
