Overview
This $255 million Center for Breakthrough Medicines Capital Buildout Program focuses on retrofitting and refurbishing an old GlaxoSmithKline campus. This staggered, yet fast-tracked, program is slated to accommodate research and development and current manufacturing practice cell and gene therapy labs, manufacturing, and support spaces.
PMA Role
PMA staff provides project controls services, including integrated master schedule development, schedule management, integrated cost workbook development, cost management, and controls, data analysis, visualization, and reporting. To assist with time restraints on this task, PMA migrated scheduling information from P6 to NetPoint to create the schedules in record time, which the CBM program manager expressed was key to their success.
