PMA Role
PMA is providing project management oversight consulting services, including contract and program support, program management review, and technical review. PMA collaborated with San Bernardino County Transportation Authority to help them recognize federal requirements and provided best practice advice from other peer agencies. In helping this owner, our staff established a joint checklist with the Federal Railroad Administration to avoid duplicating efforts in determining readiness for revenue service on the new lines under Federal Railroad Administration jurisdiction; worked with the Omnitrans Buy America auditor to resolve issues with the Omnitrans audit and continued preparing the PMO spot report; and worked with San Bernardino County Transportation Authority to develop its monthly project reporting to facilitate FTA receiving a comprehensive and timely report.
