Overview

PMA Role
PMA is providing comprehensive owner’s project management services for the Town of Lynnfield for the design, bidding, and construction phases of these projects. Our team is working on behalf of the town to ensure project designs meet established goals and targeted project budgets. PMA is responsible for overseeing the architect selection process, design review, and value management, as well as managing change orders and the project schedule.
