360 West Erie Condominiums
Overview
Three Sixty West is a 123,000 SF residential condominium high-rise with 11 stories and underground parking. Located in the River North neighborhood of Chicago, the $30 million building is comprised of 38 three-bedroom homes, fitness room, dog run, roof-top lounge, and sundeck. This cast-in-place, post-tensioned concrete structure is being developed under a cost-plus contract.
PMA Role
PMA was tasked to perform pre-construction services including preliminary budget estimates, design reviews, initiating conversations with subcontractors, writing scope of work documents, subcontractor bid comparisons, and finalizing subcontractor contracts. PMA was also asked to provide project controls services including project scheduling and budget updates.
