Overview
The $95 million Massachusetts Life Sciences Center Life Sciences Laboratory (LSL) at UMass Amherst is a five-story, high-efficiency building with a total area of 310,000 GSF. The project included the construction of the building shell and fit out of half of the building.
PMA Role
PMA performed comprehensive owner’s project management services, overseeing and monitoring all aspects of the work in all phases. Our scope of services included schedule and cost control, quality assurance, environmental and safety compliance, site logistics planning, coordination with campus requirements, and coordination of communications with and among all team members.
